Terms and Conditions
- All wedding packages rates include The Champaca Wedding Chapel and function room at Jacaranda All area as the venue.
- Wedding decoration and programs are excluded in the package. You may bring your own decorator, but you should discuss to our Event Coordinator regarding your requirements and the programs.
- Prices of the packages are subject to change anytime, prior to final confirmation of the specific event.
- Method of payment:
- The non refundable first down payment of Rp. 20.000.000 is required to confirm the space within one week of the booking confirmation
- Full payment of the balance is required 2 months prior.
- Should cancellation occur three months prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated of confirmation letter will apply
- Should cancellation occur less than one month prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total estimated of confirmation letter will apply
- Should a postponement date not be available and the hotel reserves the right to apply above cancellation fees.
- Wedding at lunch hours: 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM
- Wedding at Dinner hours: 06:00 PM to 09:00 PM
- Additional electricity usage will be charged
- Bring own Decorator from outside will be charge Rp 3.000.000
- Wedding Package will following either minimum person or revenue policy
- All rates above are subject to 21% government tax and service charge.
