• A non-refundable down payment equivalent to 30% of the total estimated revenue is required within one week after signing the booking confirmation.
• 50% of the total estimated revenue must be paid 6 months prior to the wedding date.
• 80% of the total estimated revenue must be paid 2 months prior to the wedding date.
• The remaining balance must be settled in full no later than 1 month prior to the event date.

• Additional guests will be charged according to the published rates mentioned in the package.
• Wine corkage will be charged at Rp 300,000 net per bottle.
• Spirits or liqueurs will be charged at Rp 400,000 net per bottle.
• Bringing your own food stall will incur a charge of Rp 2,500,000 net per item per stall.
• Additional electricity usage will be charged separately.
• The wedding package will adhere to the minimum revenue policy.
• The prices mentioned above include 21% government tax and service charge.

• If cancellation or postponement occurs 2 months prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total deposit will be applied.
• If cancellation occurs less than 1 month prior to the event date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the total estimated revenue stated in the confirmation letter will be applied.
• Postponements occurring less than 3 months before the wedding date can be arranged based on availability.
• If a postponement date is not available, the hotel reserves the right to apply the above cancellation fees.
